Raw Fudge

Chop dates as finely as possible and soak them in boiling water (This step is simply to help your blender cope with these sticky little suckers). Leave for about 5 minutes
Drain the water off the dates.
Partially melt the chocolate in a warm oven or the microwave.
Add peanut butter, dates, chocolate and warm water to the blender. Blend using the pulse function and make sure you turn the power off and use a wooden spoon to stir the mixture around a bit or you are likely to overheat your blender (speaking from personal experience).
Remove the mixture from the blender. Add the coconut and mix through.
Press the mixture into a square container and refrigerate.
Cut into desired sizes (baring in mind that this is a decadent and very rich little number)
