Oat Crackers

1 ⅓ cups Steel cut oats
½ cup Whole wheat flour
rock salt
¼ tbsp baking soda
4 tbsp hot water
4 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat Oven to 175C

mix dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly.

Roll mixture into a ball and then roll it out to a surface about 3mm thick.

Cut circles out of the mixture and place them on a baking tray.

Bake until golden brown.
