Hemp Milk

Throw 1/2 cup hemp seeds, a date and four cups of water in the blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds- DONE!
It is that easy! I don't even strain it because the hemp hearts only produce very fine pulp. However, you could squeeze the mylk through a mylk bag if that's how you roll.
This mylk is delicious and creamy thanks to all the essential fatty acids in the hemp hearts. Remember that most homemade plant-based mylks will seperate a bit in the fridge becaus etheres no preservatives or emulsifiers in them- separation is normal so just remember to invert the bottle a few times before use 🙂
