Period poverty film and menstrual cup info session

October 1 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Period Poverty is a huge problem both here in NZ and around the world. Fortunately there are many amazing charities and social enterprises working hard to end period poverty.

We will be showing Academy Award winning film: Period.End of sentence.

After the film Helen from Days for Girls New Zealand will speak about the work DFG do right here in Palmy and around the world. Finally the lovely Suz from Wa Collective will hold an info session about all things menstrual cup related- these magic little cups might seem pretty daunting so Suz will talk us through all the technical stuff and answer all those question you, and everyone else, have been dying to ask.

We will be doing a raffle leading up to this event which will be drawn on the night- proceeds from the raffle will go to the Te Hā o Hine-ahu-one Palmerston North Women’s Health Collective
